Shipping Policy

Processing and Shipping Times:


Due to COVID-19 Pandemic, we are currently facing a slight delay to ship orders. We appreciate your understanding.  Once your payment is authorized and processed it can take 2-14 business days for your order to process and then ship - excluding weekends and holidays.


Free Standard Shipping:


We believe that the price you see online is the final price you should pay, so all orders come with FREE SHIPPING. Your order will arrive within 6 – 12 weeks after processing.  Even with the present Covid-19 Pandemic disruptions, we strive to deliver within this timeframe.  For further clarification please reach out to us via our

In addition, we will email you with your unique tracking number and a link to allow you to track your shipping.

Shipping Delays:


We always endeavor to ship your order on time however, there may be factors outside our control such as COVID-19 Pandemic restrictions, or adverse weather, or severe road network issues, or port congestion situations which may delay your order. We shall point out that in such circumstances, we do not take responsibility for any impact such delays may have.

Lost Packages:


If you have not received your order, please contact our Customer Care Team who will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to the specified shipping address. Once courier tracking confirmation is received of an order being shipped and signed for at the shipping address our liability ceases

Damages to your order:


We do make every effort to ensure your order is shipped in good condition however, occasionally some products can get damaged during shipping so we please ask you to inspect your order upon receipt. If you are not satisfied with the condition of your order, please contact our Customer Care team with photos at contact@litheom.com. If you have not contacted us within 7 days of receiving damaged items, we will deem your order as accepted.
