Processing and Shipping Times:


NOTE: All products are manufactured and shipped from the factory in China.  Once your payment is authorized and processed, it can take 10 business days for your order to be manufactured and tested, then shipped to the USA.  It arrives in the USA 15 days after it is shipped from China.     For further clarification please reach out to us via our ‘

Free Standard Shipping:


We believe that the price you see online is the final price you should pay, so all orders come with FREE SHIPPING.

In addition, we will email you with your unique tracking number and a link to allow you to track your shipping.

Shipping Delays:


We always endeavor to ship your order within the required times, however, there may be factors outside our control which may delay the delivery of your order.


Shipping dates given in advance of actual shipment are estimated. We shall not be liable for delay in performance resulting from fire or other casualty loss, war, riot, act of terrorism or revolutions, labor difficulties, embargo, transportation problems, accidents, breakdown of machinery, interruptions or delays in the usual source of supply, governmental action or regulation, or any other cause, contingency or circumstance, within or outside the United States and China, not subject to our control which shall make the fulfillment of the agreement impracticable; any of which shall, without liability, excuse Litheom Energy from the performance of the agreement. 


Lost Packages:


If you have not received your order, please contact our Customer Care Team by email and they shall work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to the specified shipping address. Once courier tracking confirmation is received of an order being shipped and signed for at the shipping address our liability ceases

Damages to your order:


We do make every effort to ensure your order is shipped in good condition, however, occasionally some products can get damaged during shipping so we please ask you to inspect your order upon receipt. If you are not satisfied with the condition of your order, please contact our Customer Care team with photos at contact@litheom.com. If you have not contacted us within 7 days of receiving your order, we shall deem it as acceptance of the order and a waiver by Buyer of all claims with respect thereto.
