Return Policy

NOTE CONCERNING LITHIUM BATTERIES: Lithium batteries are considered a hazardous item, which means the shipping laws and regulations are a lot stricter than those for non-hazardous items. Lithium batteries cannot be returned to us unless the shipper is hazmat certified. This means a customer cannot have UPS, FedEx, or USPS simply pick up the batteries and bring them back to us. They can only be shipped by a hazmat certified shipper.



If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original new and unopened condition within 7 days for a refund. All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee and are to be sent to our Factory Warehouse.


You can return all new and unopened items for a refund within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.


In order for a return to be eligible for a refund please ensure you provide proof of shipping for your return within 7 days of delivery date of your item.


Returns must be returned to us in an unopened and unused condition. We are unable to accept returns of used or opened products. 
 
NOTE: We do not cover the cost of the returns


We reserve the right to refuse any return if the product has been opened or used and/ or there are any signs of wear or if parts are missing.


Once your item is received at our factory warehouse it will be inspected to ensure that it meets our returns eligibility criteria outlined below.


Following a successful inspection of your return we will process a refund to the credit/debit card or PayPal account which was used to place the original order. Please allow 5 working days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Please be aware, we aren’t able to accept any returns that have been used and which are now faulty.

If you wish to return your item, please send a message to our Customer Care team using the contact form on our contact page, providing your order number, and our team would reply to you and clearly outline the next steps you need to take to return your item. Please follow our team's guidance closely and remember that we do not cover the cost of the returns.
